Our Education Mission

T1DMV emphasizes educating communities on diabetes risks, symptoms, and management to combat misconceptions and stigma. Through year-round programs including presentations, media campaigns, and World Diabetes Day celebrations, we reach over 100,000 people annually across remote atolls, including school-based sessions that teach children about early detection and living with diabetes while reducing bullying and promoting inclusion.
